New Love is designed to feel personal and continuous. It is still software. This page explains what the AI is, what it is not, how your information supports the service, the referral program and rewards, and the responsibilities that come with using the service.
What New Love is
New Love provides AI-generated conversations for entertainment and companionship. A companion can have a distinct identity, remember details when conversation history is enabled, and respond in a familiar way over time.
What it is not
A companion is not a human being, a licensed professional, an emergency service, or a replacement for trusted people and qualified care. Responses may be inaccurate or unexpected and should not be treated as medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
How your information is handled
New Love collects account details provided through sign-up, companion conversations, and technical information needed to keep the service secure and reliable. This information supports the service, personalization, conversation history when enabled, subscriptions, safety, and performance. Trusted providers support authentication, payments, hosting, and AI generation.
Referral program and rewards
Existing New Love members may share a referral link or code to earn a reward. For a referral to qualify, the new account must use your referral link or enter your referral code during sign-up. Attribution must occur within one hour after account creation. You cannot refer yourself, and each new account may be attributed only once. The person you refer does not receive a signup reward or discount.
We issue a reward only after the referred account's first successful paid subscription invoice for an amount greater than zero. Creating an account, starting a trial, or receiving a zero-dollar invoice does not qualify. If your paid subscription is active when we process the reward, we apply a 100% discount to one billing cycle. If it is not active, we add one calendar month of Premium access and extend any existing future Premium grant by one month. Only one referral reward is issued per referred account.
